I am 69 and try to do some type of exercise 5-6 days a week. Two days a week I do line dancing for an hour each day. I do the treadmill at the gym 2 days a week for 30 minutes each day. What was missing was the toning exercises. I don't like to use the machines at the gym. This DVD does the toning. I do this one to two days a week; usually 2 8-minute sessions each day. But if I only have time to do one session that is good. I have had this 2 months and already I see toning in my arms and abs. Something I did not expect is I am having less pain in my knees. I thought I was going to have to stop dancing because of the pain in my knees even with knee braces. With 11 different sessions and the short time I am never bored. The man does give attention to form and when appropriate gives an alternative to the movement he is doing. This DVD is worth every dime. You will not get results overnight but based on how I use it and to see some toning in 2 months is amazing. I have bought exercise DVDs for years and have about 20. This is now at the top of my list and the only one I use because of time and the results I am seeing.

Finally an exercise video for real people and it’s great for seniors! I have arthritis in my knees and hips but I can do this and I know I can adapt what I'm doing if needed. If you want to get done with your workout fast and still get results you should try this one.

What an excellent DVD for those of us who are just beginning to exercise again. I am 62 y/o, and just starting an exercise at home program and this DVD is perfect for that purpose. The sections make sense, are organized, and most importantly, different every day to keep you interested. They are not hard and the instructor is positive and gives a lot of encouragement and methods to complete the exercises that will fit your current abilities, most of all, it is only 8 min. per section. I highly recommend doing the warm up and warm down sections in addition to the daily workout.
